James F. Haddon Managing Director, Head of Strategic Marketing
Mr. Jim Haddon is a Managing Director of Ramirez Asset Management (RAM). He joined RAM in January 2015 and has worked over 35 years in the asset management and investment banking business. At RAM he is responsible for marketing RAM’s fixed income products and services to pension funds, state and local governments and corporations. In addition he provides client service for select accounts. Mr. Haddon reports directly to Sam Ramirez Jr. and also focuses on developing marketing strategies to grow RAM’s assets management business. Prior to RAM, Mr. Haddon was employed for 5 years at PFM Asset Management where he was a Managing Director responsible for National Account marketing. Prior to PFM Asset Management he worked at Citigroup in various asset fundraising and investment banking roles. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Stanford University and holds his Series 7, 53 and 63 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Jon P. DeBow Senior Vice President, Marketing
Mr. Jon P. DeBow is a senior vice president of marketing for the institutional fixed income business of Ramirez Asset Management. Mr. DeBow joined RAM in August 2015. He will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with institutional investors and consultants for RAM’s defined contribution and stable value strategies. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management where he was a Senior Product Specialist responsible for client retention, new sales opportunities, consultant relationships, marketing, and new product design for institutional retirement clients and prospects. He specialized in working with Defined Contribution clients across Fixed Income and Stable Value strategies. Mr. DeBow graduated from LaSalle University, with a BS in Finance.
